Breathing in the Shadows

Okay this is the fastest comic I have ever done so far.
Planning was 2 days, the drawing and shading took 24 hours.
It was painstaking, minimal and stylized. - Very proud of it.
This is a second comic I did, a year after I did my first.

Disposure

By definition, rubbish are things that are unimportant and/or valueless. After examining them, I discovered the forensic capacity in rubbish that we have never considered. Used, damaged, unwanted, lost or forgotten, some tell more about the users than others while some bring new meaning when put against another.
I went on to work towards creating an installation that appropriate these learnt qualities and use them to create a visual reflection/an abstract critique of our identity.
Disposure is set to be a work where we trash all current opinions and get our own opinions from trash. Literally.

norewegian wood

these are poster designs i did for the film norweigan wood. it was some competition thing but i didnt follow up.

i decided to softly overlay the gorgeous forests and shrubbery as metaphorical representations of the character's feelings towards each other. viewers will get the sense of the movie's cinematography and also the characters/storyline at the same time.

decomposure

The term de- is added to a word to connote a removal.
Like de-activate or de-odourise. What about design?

Only Her Teddybears Know

Only her Teddybears Know is a film/comic book project I did when I was 21. I admit I was abit ambitious and dived head first into a matured themed plot, thinking I could handle it all. But it turned out well, particularly comic book wise. Below are some display shots and some pages from the comic book.
